Appointment Scheduling

Healing Hands Inc massage therapy sessions are scheduled by appointment only. All bookings require a $55 deposit to reserve the time slot, which will be applied to the remaining balance once the service has been received. Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone at

(719) 749-3726, at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session. There is a $55 cancelation fee for either missed appointments without notification or for cancelations made within the 24 hr time window. Exceptions are made for illness or unforseen circumstances, but this decision is left up to the treating therapist.

Late Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.

Insurance

Our massage therapy services are NOT covered by health insurance. We do however accept Auto Insurance Claims and Workman's Comp Claims (except for government employees). Please contact us for more information.

First Appointments

Kindly fill out your intake form that will be emailed to you when you set up your appointment, prior to your first appointment, to provide health information. Contact our office for more information.

Illness and Health Concerns

Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
