About Our Practice

I love being a massage therapist because I get to help people feel better.  I attended Cottonwood School of Massage Therapy, graduated in 2003, and have been practicing massage ever since. My certification includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular massage, and Trigger Point Therapy.  I later continued my education in CranioSacral Therapy, PUSH therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and SMRT therapy, and have incorporated it into my practice. 

I have also worked with Physical Therapists, Doctors, and Chiropractors.  I am very familiar with working with injury related treatments. 

I am extremely passionate about my work and enjoy helping people relieve their stress and pain. I would be honored to help you!

Hi, I'm Paola and I am very excited to provide you a variety of therapeutic bodywork and massage therapy

options. I'm an outgoing and positive "people person". I will be utilizing a combination approach to therapy using modalities such as SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release

Technique) Skin Rolling, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, and Scar Tissue Release, among others to achieve your therapy goals. Being blind has enhanced my sense of touch and

will allow me to assess and provide a custom treatment to each individual needs. I look forward to the fulfilling

experience of making a difference in pain and tension levels of each client. Your specific concerns/wants will be

my priority in your session.  Also being fluent in Spanish, I can communicate with clients who may not be able to normally.

 Hello! My name is Arwen and my goal is to make a positive difference in people’s lives. My whole life I've been fascinated by the healing art of massage therapy. I've followed my mom around since I was a little girl as she helped many people relieve their pain with her job as a massage therapist. I have seen the wonders that pain relief can do for a person and I want to continue this cycle of healing and relief for as many people as I can. I hope you'll enjoy my detailed approach as I love to practice many different things such as trigger points, reflexology, and cupping. Your comfort and needs will always be number one as we work together to create the best and most comfortable version of your body as possible.  

 I'm Stephanie, a Certified Crystal,  Reiki, NLP,  and Time Line Therapy® Practitioner on a mission to facilitate empowering transformational journeys of self-discovery and healing. My purpose is to be a guiding light for those seeking positive change in their lives. Through active listening and empathetic understanding, I aim to create a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, challenges, and aspirations. By blending the energy of crystals, the power of language through NLP and  Time Line Therapy®, and the healing potential of various alternative modalities to empower and inspire clients.  These techniques help us to look at our thoughts, feelings, and emotions as things that we can control, rather than things that passively happen to us.
